How much is the deposit to secure our date?
To secure your event date, we require a booking deposit. This covers our administration and guarantees our availability for your celebration. The remaining balance is typically due 14 days before the event.
How long does it take for you to set up?
We usually require 60 to 90 minutes to set up our professional sound and lighting equipment, depending on the venue access and the specific package you have chosen. We always aim to be ready before your guests arrive.
Can we provide a song request list?
Absolutely. We provide all clients with access to an online planning portal where you can curate your must-play tracks and list any songs you would prefer we avoid. We also welcome guest requests on the night.
Are you fully insured and PAT tested?
Yes. We hold £10 million in Public Liability Insurance and all our electrical equipment is regularly PAT tested. Most professional venues will require these certificates, and we are happy to provide them upon request.
