What time will the DJ arrive for setup?
We typically arrive 60-90 minutes before your scheduled start time to ensure all sound and lighting is perfectly balanced and tested before your guests enter the room.
Is your equipment PAT tested and do you have PLI?
Yes, all our equipment is professionally PAT tested annually, and we hold £10 million Public Liability Insurance. Certificates can be provided to your venue upon request.
Can we provide a 'Must Play' list?
Absolutely. Your client portal allows you to submit requests and 'must play' tracks. We recommend around 15-20 specific tracks to give us the best feel for your musical taste.
What happens if there's a technical issue?
